The Aventeq exhibitions team provides quality presentation equipment, technical support and experienced personnel to exhibition organisers, production companies and exhibitors at trade shows throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.

The range and diversity of our AV equipment stock reflects what our customers want to hire... IT, video, audio, lighting & stage. We regularly update and invest accordingly so that our exhibition clients have the very latest display and presentation technology available for short-term rental.

We have plasma and LED screens in a wide range of sizes from 32” up to 108”, LED curtains and video wall technology, as well as sound reinforcement, intelligent and architectural lighting. Aventeq also provides a selection of popular IT technology including laptop PCs, Mac Books, ipads, internet hubs and networks.

We are happy to provide AV equipment as a one-off hire to a single stand, or work as the official preferred supplier for an entire show. We can provide conference equipment and technicians for the seminar sessions and breakout rooms, presentation equipment for the show, office support equipment for the organisers’ office and also supply and install IT equipment needed for internet cafes and interactive information centres.
