About Me

I have always had an interest and passion for health and fitness. I started strength and conditioning training and Olympic weightlifting when I first joined a gym. I went on to complete my diploma in personal training and I regularly expand my knowledge to be the best coach I can be for my clients.
I have been working in gyms throughout my career and I have coached a range of athletes. I am constantly reading, researching and attending courses to improve myself as a trainer. This means, as my client, you will always be learning new ways to train and achieve your goals. I have always enjoyed being in the company of people so you will train hard but enjoy yourself. 
Helping people achieve their full potential is my passion. If it’s fat loss, muscle building, Olympic weightlifting, strength and conditioning or just all round health and movement I will get you where you want to be. Everyone is different when it comes to achieving their goals, so I will train you the best possible way individually tailored for you.

Where I train

I train at Halo Gym in the heart of Tunbridge wells Kent. We will train within the gym or outside at times if you prefer. The Gyms equipment caters for all types of training from Olympic weightlifting, Strength and conditioning and body composition. We always provide a friendly family feeling within the facilities with expert advice available at all times.

Client Health Assessments

On your first session with me, we will go through an array of health tests and ways to track your progress throughout are sessions. Monitoring progress in my eyes is one of the most important ways to keep motivated. The assessments consist of:

  • Calliper Body Fat Testing
  • Circumference Measurements
  • Weight
  • Training performance / Strength levels
  • Blood Pressure
  • Postural assessment / Muscle Imbalance
  • 'Before' and 'after' photography (optional)


The prices are as follows:
  • Personal training consultation - free of charge
  • £40 per hour
  • £360 block of 10
  • £25 per half hour (ideal for abs or weight sessions)
  • £50 per hour for group training (up to 4 people per class)
